Microsoft Office 365

One of the benefits of being a student or employee at Arizona Western College is access to Microsoft’s Office 365.

Office 365 is a Microsoft hosted messaging solution that delivers the capabilities of Microsoft Outlook as a cloud-based service. This means your email services and data will be in data centers owned and managed by Microsoft. 

It gives users rich and familiar access to email, calendar, and contacts allowing access by PCs, Mac, the web, and mobile devices.

It offers improved security, service reliability, and significant storage increases while reducing the support load of Infrastructure staff. Users will be able to store up to 100GB of email. 

Office 365 also provides the following software Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Excel, OneNote, Teams, Forms, Sway and many more that you can find inside the Office 365 Portal. 

Microsoft Office is available for anyone with an active AWC account by logging onto the Office 365 portal at https://portal.office.com. After logging in, click the Install Office link in the top-right of the page. You should then see different download options in a dropdown. at Microsoft.
