央视网消息：据中央政法委新闻网站官方微博消息，近日，广东省东莞市公安局厚街分局依法查处一宗恶意编造网络谣言案件。网民张某喜（男，52岁，住东莞市）为博取眼球、吸粉引流，利用手机视频编辑软件对国外名人演讲视频进行编辑，并配以与演讲内容完全无关的中文字幕，恶意制作涉及我国的不实视频信息。张某喜将编辑好的视频信息在互联网上传播后，引发广泛关注，造成恶劣社会影响。公安机关依法对张某喜予以刑事拘留。目前，案件正在进一步侦办中。
