1946年12月29日，《解放日报》刊载陕甘宁边区政府发布的《战时教育方案》指出：①在战时必须提高社会教育的作用，以便发动广大的成年青年直接或间接地参加战争。②无论社会教育、学校教育都要大大加强时事教育，以提高群众的政治积极性。③应以战时各种生动的范例作为活的教材去教育广大群众。关于组织形式，应注意利用读报工作，并组织和教育民间艺人深入农村进行宣传。 (责任编辑：) |
