You can make same day or future dated payments quickly and easily by following these steps. Select Payments at the top and then choose Make a Payment. Choose the Pay this amount, the payment date, and the Pay from account. Review the payment details and select Pay if everything is correct.
Account alerts notify you via text or email about your account activity based on your customized choices. To activate and/or update an alert: Click on the Card management tab at the top of your screen. Select Account alerts under the Alerts & notifications heading. Locate the account alert you'd like to activate/update and select the drop-down to the left of the alert. Complete your preferences and select Update. To remove an alert: Click on the Card management tab at the top of your screen. Select Account alerts under the Alerts & notifications heading. Locate the account alert you'd like to deactivate and select the drop-down to the left of the alert. Click on Delete to remove the alert.
Before adding someone as an authorized user, there’s a few things you should know. The request needs to come from an account owner. Up to seven authorized users can be on the account at the same time. Authorized users must be at least 13 years of age. To add someone, you’ll need their first and last name, date of birth, and SSN. Adding a middle initial or email is optional. The card is sent to the address we have on file. A credit report is not pulled during this process. To add an authorized user through digital banking, log in and follow the steps below. Select Card management at the top of the page, then choose Manage users under Account sharing. Complete the form, then select Save & continue. Click Add a new user. Complete one-time passcode verification, if prompted. Fill out the form, then select Submit. Credit limit increase requests can be submitted using online banking. If your account has a joint owner, we’ll need their details as well. Before doing so, you’ll need to have the following information available: Annual income of owner(s). Monetary assets of owner(s). Portion of the housing payment the owner(s) are responsible for**. To submit a credit limit increase using online banking, follow the steps below: Select Card management, then Request credit limit increase. If the credit limit request link isn't displayed, call the number on your card. We accept relay calls. Provide your income, housing, and asset information, then select Review my Request. Verify the details are correct, then select Submit.
We know staying informed about your credit score and what’s on your credit report are important. View your TransUnion credit score and report for free via online banking by: Clicking Card management at the top of the page. Selecting Free credit score under Services.
Please be aware, downloads have a maximum range of 18 months' worth of transactions. To download more than one report, repeat these steps. Select My card at the top of the page and choose Download. Enter a date range, use the drop-down menu to choose the file format, then select Download. Options include .CSV (spreadsheet), .QBO (QuickBooks), and .QFX (Quicken). Keep in mind that downloads may not include recent or pending transactions.

How to use the status dashboard Select the credit card you’d like to check the status for. Choose the Card management tab, then select Status dashboard under Services. Your active, in progress, and completed requests will display. Select View details to see the status and complete any additional steps that may be needed. Including sharing supporting documents.
You can easily access your credit card details, even when you don't have it with you. To view your virtual credit card using online banking Select Card number in the Overview section. Select Show card number. This will display your full 16-digit card number, expiration date, and CVV. Choose Hide card number to stop showing the card information. Select Copy card number to copy the 16-digit card number.
Travel notifications are a great way to let us know you're outside of your normal spending area. This may prevent a block on your account so you can use your credit card uninterrupted. To add a travel notification Select Card management at the top of your page. Locate the “Alerts & notifications” heading and choose Travel notifications. Select Add a trip, then complete the form and select Save. To edit or delete a travel notification Select Card management at the top of your page. Locate the “Alerts & notifications” heading and choose Travel notifications. Select Edit trip or Delete trip, depending on the action you want to take. If you’re editing the details, complete the form and choose Save. If you’re deleting the trip, confirm the removal once more to complete the action. More Information Domestic travel doesn't need to be documented, only international trips. Travel notes can be added up to 90 days in advance of your trip. You can enter up to five destinations. You can lock your card when it’s missing, and you feel it’s not in a compromising situation. It could be at home, lost in your car, or left at a gas station. Locking the card gives you a chance to find it, before contacting us for a replacement. To lock or unlock your card: Select Card management at the top of the page. Choose Lock & unlock my card. Click the toggle button to lock or unlock your card. More information: You can lock or unlock your card at any time and as many times as you like. There’s not a limit to how often you can use this feature. When you lock your card: We’ll stop new transactions and disable the card number. Recurring and pending transactions will process.
