When I called on the phone, I was surprised to get someone right away! My case representative helped me through the process and even advocated for me in resolving the fraudulent claims. They were courteous, professional and clearly knew what they were doing. My case was not a one time phone fix, and I'm so thankful that she is continuing to monitor and help!
