As of November 8, 2023, Arrowood was placed into liquidation by Order of the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware. Pursuant to the Court’s Liquidation and Injunction Order, Delaware Department of Insurance Commissioner Trinidad Navarro serves as the Receiver. For information or questions regarding liquidation, please refer to the Receiver’s website.

Policyholder claims are now being handled by relevant Guaranty Funds. Please refer to the Receiver’s website for each State Guaranty Fund Association as well as liquidation information including proof of claim filing information and the bar date which has been extended to May 15, 2025.

For claims now managed by Guaranty Funds loss run and claim information will need to be requested from the respective Guaranty Fund going forward. 

Third-party Administrators should not reopen or create new claims nor commence payment for cases in which Arrowood is identified as the insurer. Relevant Guaranty Funds must be notified and contacted for a determination of coverage under applicable state law and whether isuch fund will make or administer claim payments to claimant(s) directly or continue to utilize TPA services.
