To the heroes of Overwatch,

We want to keep you up to date on some of the bugs and issues we’re aware of that are affecting the game. This is not a complete list of all currently tracked issues affecting Overwatch 2, rather, this is a targeted list of some known specific issues with this release.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience, and we appreciate y’all’s understanding. Our team is working to resolve these issues, and we will provide more information as soon as we have updates!

Current Issues

Recently Resolved

We are aware of an issue with the incorrect amount of XP being awarded at the end of games. To offset this, we’ve gone ahead and turned on double Match XP for all modes while we work on a fix.

Lijang Tower has been disabled in Prop Hunt due to an issue.

We’re aware of an issue with Winston’s Thick Skin Power. We have disabled this power in Stadium.

We’re aware of an issue with Junkrat’s trap Mythic VFX and are working on an update for this.

We’re aware of an issue with the Frozen Creature Event Challenge as it does not increment when using Genji’s ult in Mischief and Magic.
