iHeartMedia Milwaukee is reshaping the weekday lineup at “News Talk 1130” WISN, with changes taking effect Friday, Jan. 2, 2026, aimed at strengthening the station’s commitment to live, local talk programming. Benjamin Yount, currently WISN’s late morning host (9-11am), will move into morning drive, airing from 6-9am. Yount’s program is the top-rated show in its timeslot in total listening in the Milwaukee market. He has been a fixture at WISN since 2018 and has also served as the station’s News Director. “WISN has always been about serving Wisconsin with smart, honest conversation, and I’m honored to take on morning drive,” Yount said. “Our listeners count on us to start their day informed and engaged.” Jason Goch will step into the 9-11am slot and will also provide newscasting support during Yount’s morning show. Goch brings more than 20 years of experience in spoken-word radio, including sports talk and general interest formats, and has previously filled in as a guest host on WISN. “WISN is one of the most respected talk stations in the country, and I’m thrilled to join the lineup,” Goch said. Program Director Jerry Bott said the moves build on the station’s recent momentum. “Benjamin has earned the trust of our audience and brings proven ratings success to morning drive, while Jason is a terrific addition whose experience and versatility strengthen our local programming bench,” Bott said. The rest of WISN’s weekday schedule remains unchanged, including Clay Travis and Buck Sexton, Vicki McKenna and Dan O’Donnell. The new lineup follows the previously announced transition of longtime morning host Jay Weber, who will conclude his daily morning show at the end of December and launch a twice-weekly iHeartPodcast in 2026, while continuing as a contributor to WISN and iHeartMedia.
