I had the same problem yesterday. First, do a hard reset by holding the power button for 20 seconds, until the screen goes blank. The hold the Volume down button then press the poser button. The display should show Recovery Mode at the bottom. You will get a menu, select Factory reset. Factory reset formats the drive. When done select clear cache, when that finishes then select reboot. It will start in normal mode, if it asks if you want to restore press No otherwise it will load the last settings that may have been the problem. (责任编辑:) |
