Had auto update to Norton 24.xx early October 2024 - full of errors. With-in GUI was a ‘Remove’ button, That opened something similar to bjm’s screen shot. Clicking on ‘Remove’ brought up NRnR app. which came up with error. Tried a manual remove with NRnR which also came up with same error. Had to remove thru’ Windows uninstall, downwloaded setup file from account, installed, all V24.xx errors gone. Apparently, there is a dedicated new removal tool which can be downloaded, have not tried that nor NRnR since. Assume with-in the address '" avcdn".net could be relevant. |
