Bo Growth is a boutique organization and people consulting firm based in Valencia with over 20 years of experience in business consulting, people management and headhunting. Design studio DG Estudio designed the interior of Bo Growth's new office in Valencia, located in Calle Feliz Pizcueta, very close to the commercial Calle Colon De Valencia.

In this project, DG Estudio needs to transform the current dark and highly divided space into an open and bright work space within the specified time. As the work is required to be completed within three months, this will also become the biggest challenge DG Estudio faces.

Bo Growth used four materials to shape the workspace: oak, glass, ceramic and natural light. DG Estudio designed an oak and glass partition system that helped them divide up different work Spaces and create permanent furniture for the office. Natural oak brings warmth to the space and intervenes throughout the space to provide a sense of serenity and ease.

As the third material in the space, ceramic unifies all Spaces, both indoor and outdoor, helping DG Estudio create a horizontal plane, forming a partition system on the horizontal surface. The fourth material is the last and most important material, and that is natural light. DG Estudio managed to enhance natural light by opening up a spacious courtyard where all the work Spaces, from the most private to the most public, were developed. The result of its intervention was to make wood and natural light the protagonists of this new workspace.
