What is Colax-PM Syrup?

Colax-PM Syrup is a combination of three laxatives: Sodium picosulfate, liquid paraffin, and milk of magnesia. Together they help relieve constipation by softening the stools and increasing the movement of the intestine. Sodium picosulfate is a stimulant laxative which increases the movement of the intestines to push the stools forward. Liquid paraffin is a lubricant laxative which helps the stools to retain water. Milk of magnesia is an osmotic laxative and it works by drawing water into the intestine through osmosis, making the stools soft.

Yes, the use of Colax-PM Syrup can cause diarrhea. In case you experience diarrhea, drink plenty of water or other fluids.
