NJGOAT is absolutely correct. They are still doing it this way as of March 22,2012.

When you go to the road test location, you will wait at a stop sign at the entrance after which there is a parking lot. here is how my test went:

1. Once ready, you will drive through the parking lot straight to stop sign.
2. Make a right at that stop sign on a smaller road which takes you to another stop sign.
3. make a right on main road and then within a block or so, make a right immediately into the small driveway/parallel parking area where they have cones setup. Parallel park at the cones and then immediately do a K-turn. You must do the K-turn by pulling out immediately from the parallel parked area.
4. If succesful K-turn, you go back out the way you came in and make a left on the main road.
5. Go straight and make a right at the traffic light. This is a no turn on red light by the way.
6. Now keep to the right (there will be a fork) and keep going straight. This will be a 25 mph road.
7. Drive for about 1-2 miles and then make a right at a light (I think!!)
8. Drive for another half mile or so and make a right at the stop sign.
9. You are back on the "main road" that we discussed in steps earlier. I am forgetting the name of the road ..sorry.
10. Finally, turn left into the road test parking lot location and pull over to any parking spot. You are DONE !!

Hope this helps.

That is exactly how my test went 15 years ago. Nice to see they keep it updated, lol. Just a couple corrections though as I am very familiar with that area...

7. Yes this is in fact a light.
8. It's not a stop sign at that intersection, it is a light.

This is the route by street name...

The "main road" in the above is Hampton Rd. and it has a 35mph speed limit, I remember the tester remarking that you needed to go 35 on that road.

When you leave the parking test, you make a left on Hampton and then proceed to and make a right onto Cuthbert. Bear right at the fork and it puts you on Magnolia Ave. You then proceed to a light and make a right onto Church Rd. You continue down Church until you hit a light and you make a right back onto Hampton which takes you back to the testing site.
