As those basically fit any role and class, Blizz should add at least one "on use" for people interested in more proactive approach. It really depends on how this stack up against powerful raid trinkets that are available. Although with the new crafting system in DF, these will at least be usuable every season, and you'll be able to craft them at a very high ilevel. In previous expansions they struggled to retain value because their ilevel usually kept them at entry level. Darkmoon Cards have historically been a decent catchup item in the trinket slot for players with gold. They were pretty useless in Dragonflight.
