You may already be enjoying the new look; others will start seeing these changes in the coming weeks. We understand that embracing change can be challenging, so we've provided the highlights of the new experience to help you navigate and take advantage of enhanced features: 1. The new desktop mail experience is sleeker and cleanerOld inbox (left) vs. new inbox (right) Your new mail inbox has a streamlined look that offers fewer distractions while still providing easy access to what you need. A new “Priority” tab highlights your most important emailsYour inbox is probably flooded with emails, such as social media updates, promotions from businesses and newsletters you may not even remember signing up for. As a result, it can be easy to miss your most important emails. With our new interface, emails are separated into five categories: All, Priority, Offers, Social and Newsletter. Your most important emails will be displayed under the “Priority” tab, which is also the default view. Emails considered “Priority” include personal messages, appointments, invites, bills, order updates and more. Business transactions and promotions are displayed under “Offers.” Updates from social media accounts are under “Social,” and newsletter subscriptions can be found under “Newsletters.” |
