Starbucks' 2025 holiday menu, revealed on Monday, Oct. 6, will launch exactly one month later

Returning favorites include Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Iced Sugar Cookie Latte and Iced Gingerbread Chai

Two new baked treats will debut: the Polar Bear Cake Pop and Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread

It may still be Pumpkin Spice Latte season, but Starbucks has already set its holiday menu.

This year’s highlights, available starting on Nov. 6, include festive favorites such as Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Iced Sugar Cookie Latte and Iced Gingerbread Chai.  

Later in the season, Chestnut Praline Latte and Eggnog Latte will return to the coffee chain.

There are also plenty of baked goods to get customers into the holiday spirit, with the Snowman Cookie, Cranberry Bliss Bar and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish all making a merry arrival.

Plus, two new confections will debut: the Polar Bear Cake Pop and Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread.

The coffee giant also announced its annual Red Cup Day — which offers a reusable holiday cup with the purchase of any handcrafted holiday drink — will be held later this year.

And for those already craving wintery flavors such as Peppermint Mocha and Sugar Cookie Latte, Starbucks holiday coffees, creamers and ready-to-drink beverages are now available at grocery stores.

The news comes a week after Starbucks launched its new protein lineup.

The featured Protein Cold Foam drinks include Iced Banana Cream Protein Matcha, Iced Vanilla Cream Protein Latte and Chocolate Cream Protein Cold Brew.

The offerings also include four Protein Lattes, which can all be ordered iced or hot: the new Sugar-Free Vanilla Protein Matcha, Sugar-Free Vanilla Protein Latte, Protein Matcha, and Vanilla Protein Matcha.

The coffee chain also announced in September that it is bringing back Apple Crisp for a limited time starting Oct. 14.

The fan-favorite flavor is featured in the Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, Apple Crisp Cream Cold Foam and a new Apple Crisp Protein Cold Foam.

Other highlights of Starbucks’ fall 2025 menu include the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte and the new Pecan Oatmilk Cortado.
