It was fast and easy to get my money out, I'm really glad it was so nearby! I have been using Bank of America for only a couple days but I have noticed that they take good care of their customers, I would gladly recommend this bank to anyone who was in search of a bank that offered great service and convenience! In my personal experience I have used several banks, and none of them have quite as many really convenient locations with such low costs to use, not even Chase! If you're looking for affordable, convenient, fast banking, Bank of America is the place to go.

This ATM was very convenient, for students, faculty and visitors who came from out of town. However, a couple of weeks ago it disappeared without notice, without trace. Other customers were also surprised. The business owners in the adjacent building were also surprised and offered various explanations, including "stolen" at night. They only knew it vanished outside of business hours. Is it undergoing repairs, due for replacement, moving to a new location, ...?
I would, and did, recommend this ATM to others, but now the question has become moot.
We hope there a plan to have a new ATM in this location, or elsewhere in Kalamazoo.
