🚨 DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY—THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME! 🚨 I purchased an Oura Ring from Best Buy on February 1, 2025, with an expected delivery date of February 4. The item never arrived, and I left San Diego on February 7 without ever receiving it. Best Buy canceled my order but refuses to refund me!
For the past several weeks, I have contacted Best Buy over 15 times via chat and phone, and I always get the SAME scripted response: “Your case has been escalated, and you will receive a response in 72 hours.”
72 hours come and go—no one helps me. So I call again, and guess what? I get told the same thing: “We’ve escalated your case, and you’ll receive a response in 72 hours.”
It’s an endless loop of excuses and zero action. I’ve spoken to multiple agents, supervisors, and even tried reaching out on social media. Their Twitter support only replies with a bot, and no real person ever addresses the issue.
🔴 Best Buy stole my money and refuses to help me! 🔴 They canceled my order but won’t refund me. 🔴 I have tried EVERYTHING—calls, chats, social media—and NO ONE fixes this.
If you are thinking about buying from Best Buy, DON’T DO IT! Their customer service is a nightmare, and they will keep your money even when they cancel the order.
I am now filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and my bank to dispute the charge. Best Buy should not be allowed to treat customers this way.
