Is it free to use?   Yes, you can use our video background remover completely for free. The free version includes basic features for quick editing purposes.  

What file formats are supported?   We support common video formats including MP4, MOV, WEBM, OGG and GIF files. For the best results, we recommend using MP4 format.  

How to process iPhone videos?   Some iPhones record with HEVC/H.265 codec which isn't directly supported. We recommend:

Using an online converter to convert to MP4

Changing your iPhone camera settings to AVC/H.264

Using Safari on iPhone/Mac which automatically converts the video

What if I am unsatisfied with the results?   Our tool works best for videos where the subject is clearly visible and separated from the background. We recommend checking the preview frames before processing to ensure the quality meets your expectations.  

Can I use this for live streaming?   Currently, we do not support live streaming functionality. Our tool is designed for processing pre-recorded videos.
