The portal provides quick links to essential applications for remote learning, including: iLearnNYC, the NYCDOE Learning Management System Student report cards (available in the Student Documents icon) Student grades (available in MyDashboard - if published from DOE Grades) Multiple educational applications G Suite, Microsoft O365, and Zoom (using secure central accounts) And more! To Sign In What is TeachHub? TeachHub is an application portal to support students, teachers and administrators. It is intended to be a “one-stop-shop” for users. Students, teachers and administrators will access the TeachHub using their DOE accounts (i.e., @schools.nyc.gov or @nycstudents.net). TeachHub provides quick links to essential applications and resources (e.g., Google Classroom, iLearnNYC, etc.) to support teaching and learning without having to relog into those applications a second time. The DOE continues to expand the number of systems and applications available via TeachHub. For the best experience use the Google Chrome browser. You will be prompted to log into your DOE account. Teachers/administrators will use their @schools.nyc.gov account and students are to use their @nycstudents.net student account. Note: Your login may “loop” (i.e., the system will keep logging you in and out). In order to reduce the likelihood and for the best experience using any DOE applications create a DOE specific profile on your Chrome browser (i.e., Chrome Sync Personalities(Open external link)). Option 2: Via public facing websitehttps://schools.nyc.gov(Open external link) Once you are on the DOE’s main page(Open external link) click on the Infohub icon on the top right corner. You will be redirected to the Infohub page. In order to access all the content you must sign in using your DOE credentials. Click on the Employees Sign In page on the top right. You will be prompted to log into your DOE account. Teachers/administrators will use their @schools.nyc.gov account and students are to use their @nycstudents.net student account. Using TeachHub Navigating through TeachHub is a seamless experience. Please note that TeachHub is driven by the user's role (i.e., student, teacher, central staff, etc.).
