Ill keep this relatively short. The Van Mall location is my go to location. Truthfully, ATT has been fantastic for the last 13 years Ive been a customer. However, I stepped in to my store after months of experiencing a consistent loss of service in my home, by not only myself but other separate account holders who live there. I approached with a request to see a service map so I could possibly get to the bottom of the service loss. I just came to talk. I was interrupted and spoken over NINE TIMES. I wasnt able to finish a single sentence the entire time I was there. So, after being downsplained with each new approach by the gal who worked there, I finally stopped, said thank you, got in my car and drove over to Verizon. For scope: 8 minutes +\- in the store and nine interruptions by someone half my age, to blow 13+ years as a customer. Literally 8 minutes of turnaround would have prevented me from taking my entirely integrated plan to another carrier that DAY. Gotta work on that, guys. Good luck.
