人民网北京8月19日电 （记者温璐、郝萍）记者从应急管理部获悉，据气象部门预报，8月19日起，京津冀部分地区有大到暴雨，其中，北京、天津以及河北中部和东北部等局地有大暴雨。中央气象台8月19日6时发布暴雨蓝色预警。根据《国家防汛抗旱应急预案》及有关规定，国家防汛抗旱总指挥部决定于8月19日8时针对京津冀启动防汛四级应急响应。国家防总办公室派出两个工作组分赴北京、河北一线协助指导防汛救灾工作。 |
