It used to be Great

It used to be fast, reliable and relatively cheap. Not anymore. They used to have a great program called skroutz plus in which you paid 15€ per year to have free/cheaper deliveries, now it costs 25€ and most deliveries are exluded from free delivery but the biggest most offensive thing about it is that the affiliate shops charge more for delivery when you buy through skroutz plus! So for example, something can have a delivery cost of 10 with Skroutz plus and minus 5 cause of the loyalty program but if you buy it from the shop you pay 3 Euros or none. Customer service is officially the worst since there's only a bot with 2015 tech, if you're God or a member of the last supper you might talk or communicate with a human being. Skroutz Last Mile is their own delivery service, so you're stuck with them and you can no longer track your order. Worst thing about them though is that their software and logistics are crippled, so you buy something and they sent something else or nothing at all cause it's out if stock. Top tip, avoid..
